Some photos from last weekend! My friend talked me into going to Burbank equestrian center to ride horses Sunday. I have a horse in Colorado and growing up I learned to always respect the brilliance of this animal, and to never test their patience.

Thesis

I finally get the chance to write about Jeff's thesis at UCLA. He created the sculptures pictured above, along with the root screens in the background of one of the photos. He is so talented and thinks of things that no one else could. He always brings a cool and interesting crowed, and I am honers to be able to see his work.

Jeffrey Hastings

I am so exited to be posting about Jeffrey Hastings. Jeff has earned his masters from UCLA Arts, and is showing his final project this Thursday. We have all watched him grow as an artist, and being able to experience this is truly and honor. Going to most of his studio openings I am never surprised that he has created the most eye catching, striking, original piece in the room.  Being Ed Moses’ right hand man while completing his masters is truly an accomplishment. I know we are all excited to see what Jeff has to bring next.

 I have always been a fan. Hussein's ability to cross the line between art and fashion is shown in every collection.

What's The Hold Up?

 I haven't posted pics from NYC yet because.... My memory card is corrupt. So I will keep you posted on the status, but basically it was cold, then warm, then cold. I did lots of walking and took lost of photos. I spent time with old friends, and made new ones too. Yes, I am bummed but my trip is a memory that no one can take for me, and there is a file of experiences in my head that will never be corrupted. Ill keep you posted on the status!
